Only 6 out of 10 workouts syncing on the interval timer

I am trying to work with a schedule. However I can't use the repeat function since I won't be able to match the schedule with that. I seem to need 10 entries for the interval timer but my Fitbit is only showing 6. This is after I set all 10 of them up using the Windows 10 app. How many entries of the interval timer does my device support?

@SunsetRunner  I am an iOS user, but with these kinds of settings, I hope there is consistency among the apps.

I can set up a repeat of 49 times -- that's how far my spinning wheel goes.  When I look at my settings on the fitbit.com dashboard, I get the same option with the repeat drop down menu.

I made some pixtures to clarify the problem.

This picture shows the end of my interval list on my phone. It contains a total of 10 entries.

Once synced to my Versa the interval workout only contains 6 entries, notice how I am missing the 3 minute interval with move and rest at the end:

So where did the rest of my schedule go?
