Hi all,
Previous week i bought myself a fitbit versa watch.
I have some issues with the notifications.
I have set up the notifications correctly (followed the instructions on the help page)
however the majority of the notifications are not received on my versa watch.
For example when i receive 10 notifications for my whatsapp message, only 2 of them are received on my watch (it's just an estimation, sometimes it's more sometimes it's less)
Have this issue for all the notifications of the different apps.
I Tried already some of the solutions, like:
- turning off and turning on the notifications via the app
- killing the fitbit app, starting + syncing the app
- removing the bluetooth connection and setting it up again
However, none of this actions help me to properly receive all the notifications.
This is very frustrating 🙂
Extra info: i have an iphone 6.
Is there any proper solution for this to work?

Please confirm that "Show In History" option is toggled on: iOS system Settings > Notifications > Messages > 'Show In History'.
If the issue persists, please confirm if you're on iOS 12?
