My Versa 2 is not receiving all notifications. Only phone calls are coming through. I have tried absolutely everything that has been suggested on other posts.

Hi there, @BelleBailey. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

Are you using an iOS device? If you're, I'd like to know if those messages are actually iMessages? I have an iPhone and I had a similar inconvenience, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

Hope that helps.

Hi there,

I got it working. Maybe a tip for others on how I got it working. In your instructions it says to go into focus and turn off do not disturb. Mine was off. I completely turned off focus altogether and notifications started coming through.

Hope this helps others.
