Only one is lit up now and even after charging it’s red not green?

as a result the face of the watch is dim it’s not even a year old?

@MamaCoop welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa since just one of the lights on the back is turned on and red and the screen is dim.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, check out if the lights on the back turn on and the screen is not dim.
