Just got a versa 2 and when trying to scroll on the screen it only shows the phone keypad. I can't get to any other options except the face data and phone keypad.

Did you load a special watch face?

Try installing the standard clockface in the Fitbit App.

If thats not the case can you post a picture of whats on the watch face currently.

I got it. I had to enter my pin to open the screen. Thanks!
