So I have a Blaze which I love but would like more clock faces which I know will not be coming now....I might be in the minority here but I don't like the way the Versa looks at all. I am a female and the styling does not work for me...square circle is kinda ugly and the bands don't work for me either.. IMO...granted I don't want to pay $300 for an Ionic either....hoping to catch one on sale....anyone else upgrading from Blaze to one of these choices?

I went from blaze to ionic and i love it! I like having the larger screen and GPS in the watch.
My fiancé did the same and she doesn't like how large the watch is on her wrist and she doesn't really use the GPS or Fitbit Pay (so clearly i made a bad choice for her :))

Is she able to send it back?

I got it for her back in January...so it was outside of the window long before the versa was announced.

So for weeks now I’ve been trying to make up my mind which one I want the Versa or Apple Watch. So I am a runner, I workout in the gym, I take indoor cycling classes and hoping to do some biking outside when it gets warmer....I have some Fitbit friends already that I like to compete with...BUT the Apple Watch has GPS...BUT Fitbit has the sleep tracker...and the Fitbit is cheaper!! What’s a girl to do....

Good question, I guess you just have to weigh which of the factors are crucial for you. I was in the same boat and decided to go with the versa. I don't really care about GPS and I need sleep tracking and water resistance. Those were the factors for me and you may very well have a different calculus.

If you bring your phone with you, you can use connected GPS with your Versa. My husband switched from Fitbit to Apple watch and he really misses the fitness tracking that fitbit does. He says that AW does not compare with Fitbit fitness, or sleep tracking.

And don't forget the battery life. AW is good for, what 18 hours!? That's nuts. The reason I bought my first fitbit - the very first model actually - was the sleep tracking.

I had the first fitbit and switched to the AW because of the stuff it can do. However, I am switching back to the Fitbit Versa. I don’t use most of the stuff on the AW and the battery life sucks. I can’t wait to get the new fitbit and get rid of the AW.

You really are the only one who can say what to get.
I love Fitbit. I have had several trackers and found them all reliable.
I have friends with Apple and they want to join challenges offered here and can not. They all say Fitbit community and app is far better than apple

If onboard GPS is an issue, it's available in the Ionic. Battery life goes way down when using onboard GPS.
Using your phone for GPS with the watch well if you don't mind carrying your phone with you.
I agree the Fitbit is best if you want a fitness tracker with some smartwatch features added. The Apple Watch has a number of shortcomings that make it less than ideal as a fitness tracker .

to open a whole other can of worms but if GPS is important to you the Ionic has it onboard but it is a little pricier.

I have real small wrists so I’m not crazy about the ionic although I do think it seems like an awesome watch

@Bethjl You know, I have small wrists, too and the Ionic really doesn't look as weird as I thought it would. I still preordered a Versa, but that's because I'm an idiot, not because I don't like the Ionic.

Simply because I like to save a few bucks, I would go with the Fitbit.

My Apple Watch lasts 2 or 3 days on a charge. The Apple Watch has a lot more features than the Versa hence the higher price. Just the call feature and being able to reply back to texts on your iPhone is worth the extra money.

I know that I would not use that feature though so I’m thinking the Versa is the way to go

Wow, I don't know which AW you have, but mine only lasts a day. How do you get such good battery life?
