I've never been able to get any of my notifications set up. I bought the versa because of this. I now wonder whether i should have just stuck to my step tracker. Heartbroken and demotivated 😞

Hi @Sumi02   Unfortu ately the Oppo F9 is not on the Supported Devices List so that is probably why you are having problems with notifications. All you can donis trynall the suggestions in THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications.

Thanks for your reply Nelly, i appreciate it. I'll give it a try again. Sigh, i always thought Android apps would cover any android phone. Am so dissapointed as this was the reason i bought it.

Same here ...what a big big disappointed . Any model smart phone in market can cover all android device ...fibit ..what a shame
