Hey I got a Versa for Xmas and it wasn't working that well with my Oppo A73.

I decided to remove it and connect again and now it won't even connect! I'm devastated as I have been waiting to buy this watch for ages 😞

Actually the main reason might that your MOBILE PHONE is not OFFICIALLY SUPPORTED by FITBIT so it's normal to have issues with unsupported device. For more details you can click here. If you've a WINDOWS10 laptop so i suggest you to use your FITBIT with it..

for more assistance please reply

Thank you, I did check the list. The Oppos compatible arent very popular, I can't find them on the shops. On the internet the cost over $1000 or to cheap to even bother.

Very disappointed with fitbit that should be compatible to all androids or at least the new versions.

My 1 year old fitbit, was "sometimes" connecting with my 18 month old Opposite phone.  However in the last week the phone won't recognise my fitbit at all.

Your answer was informative but do you know a solution other than using another device??
