How do I get out of this agreement) (Opt-out of Agreement to Arbitrate)  Everything to do with this fitbit is so difficult, I have sent the Versa back to dealers, spent all day on computer trying to get it going, now I want to cancel everything to do with fitbit?

I’m sorry, @JoAnn73 , but the terms of the warranty do not allow you to opt out. Did you send your Versa back to Fitbit for a replacement under warranty? The replacement should be fine and much easier to set up and use. Personally, the Versa is my favorite Fitbit device.

In the end I rang my daughter to see if she could set it up, which she did after a long time trying to work it all out.
