Is there a way have the clock face NOT turn on during sleeping hours. Darn thing always wants to “wake up” when it’s right in front of my face. No wonder it reports so many awake periods!

Hi, long press the left button untill you see the activity screen and set the screen activation to manual instead of automatic. to activate the screen you will have to press the left button. you can do that only for the night or the entire day.

Hi there, @DStine . There is a simple solution. You can turn off Quick View by pressing and holding the left button until you see options to turn Screen Wake to Manual and Notifications to Off. In the morning, you can reverse the options. I do this every day.
