I have had cancer for 10 years. I also suffer many heart problems. Such as, hypotension, tachycardia, rapid heart rate, Hodgkin's lymphoma, and pneumonia. I have to fight my heart to stay in a certain BpM range! My cardiologist want me to go to the emergency room if my BPM goes below a certain number or above. I also run a fever quite often it would be nice to have temperature checks and maybe even blood pressure if possible. Just overall, Fitbit to get a little more into the medical side and not just Fitness. That would not only benefit the user but also the manufacturer and distributors. (I.e. advertisement). For medical patients they will not have to carry around blood pressure cuffs, thermometers, oxy meters, or many other devices that some uses are required to tote arround on a 24hr, day after day. It would also benefit people that have to have portable air to ensure that he or she is getting enough oxygen. Many people I have talked to along with patients at the hospital who wear Fitbit all agree that Fitbit should go more into medical than just exercise!

Hello @HundoHopper, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for your suggestions and feedback. Our team is always looking to improve the Fitbit experience but at the moment our goal is to provide a fitness experience based on daily activities and the tracking of features such as sleep, water and food. I understand is important for you to get Fitbit on the medical side but as currently, Fitbit devices are not cataloged as medical devices; therefore, they should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition, they're designed to be companions only and provide an insight of your overall stats. Nevertheless, if this changes in the future, please be assured we will let our users know.
Now, when it comes to heart rate measures; my suggestion, if you haven't done it yet, is to create Custom Heart Zones Instead of using the 3 default zones if you're targeting a specific heart rate. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon and find Heart Rate Zones. Then enter your custom zone.
I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
