Option to select new clock face greyed out

I'd like to change the default clock face on my new Fitbit Versa Lite.

The "select" button is greyed out and below that states "To install this clock, make sure the
Fitbit app on your phone and your
Fitbit device have the latest update.
Learn more"

I have done both but still can't select it. Anyone else had this?

Hello @Adnilem, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums. Sorry for the late response.

Thank you for your inquiry about the clock face that you haven't been able to install and confirming that you already tried updating your app and watch.

Before considering other options, please let me know the name of the clock face that is grayed out, and if this is a clock face from Fitbit or from a third party developer.

In addition, please try to log out from the app, then restart the phone and log back in to try to change the clock face once more.

Please keep me posted.

I have this same issue with my new Charge 4 and the clock face "Rightful Stats" (or "V-Lines" or "L-Azimuth") -- all of these clock faces are from Fitbit, vice a 3rd party developer.  The "Select" button is grayed out when I try to .  I have made sure that the Fitbit app on my phone and my Charge 4 Fitbit device have the latest update.  Per your suggestion, I have also restarted my phone and rebooted my Charge 4.  I still can not get the "Select" button to appear so I can click on it!  One of the primary reasons I choose the Charge 4 as an upgrade from my Charge 3 was to auto track my "Active Zone Minutes" which I had been tracking manually.  Please help.

I have a brand new Versa Lite with the exact same issue.  I just received the fitbit a week ago.
