I’ve seen this question posted here after doing a simple google search but have so far not seen it resolved for others. The option to “select” a new clock face is greyed out on a particular clock face that I have previously used on my versa smart watch. I had not changed it myself, but after charging, my watch reset to the default clock face on it’s own. Now I finally located the old clock face I’d had and it is now not allowing me to select it again. The steps that are being suggested to others do not seem to work, or else they have just not responded after receiving the instructions to log out and restart the phone, app/device, etc. I am wondering, what will ACTUALLY fix this issue or is it just something I’m going to have to call tech support for?

I would share a screenshot of what I’m talking about but it isn’t allowing me to. Essentially though, the only difference is that the select button is not activated.
