Orange edge around Versa display

Hi, please can you help me?

I've got a fitbit versa and over the last couple of days, I've noticed an orange box appear around the edge of the screen. I've tried changing the clock face, restarting the device and doing a factory reset but it still won't clear it.

Mine is a Fitbit ionic with the exact same problem 😞

I'm sorry to know that you're experiencing the same issue with your Fitbit Ionic. Can you please try our restart process and then change the clock face of your device? I'll be here if further assistance is needed.

My Ionic is doing the same thing as well now for about a month. I have done all the suggestions mentioned above.

I was gifted a Fitbit Versa back in 2018 and within a year it was doing the same thing. It started off gradually doing this and recently it is showing all around the border. I have reset it and changed the background multiple times (and that was just to see if other clocks worked for me).

Having to re set ++ as days when it  doesn't log stuff and just buzzes randomly
