Order of Tiles has changed how do I revert this?

The correct order of tiles on the Fitbit Versa when you swipe up seems to be:

1.  Battery Life; date; notifications; tips

2. Steps; miles; floors; call; minutes

3. Hourly Activity

4. Heart Rate

However, since yesterday the order has changed to:

1. Steps; miles; floors; call; minutes

2. Battery Life; date; notifications; tips

3. Hourly Activity

4. Heart Rate

1 & 2 have swapped and I can find no way of changing this, I like notifications to be before steps tile. To resolve I have tried:

1. The instructions provided by Fitbit these only work on options 3&4

2. A reboot of the versa

Has the order changed for everyone, or is this a glitch that needs looking at?

@KylieNK Ok I spoke to Joan at FitBit, we have resolved the issue, you will need to follow the instructions for a factory reset and reset up your FitBit, it will take around 90 minutes, but it will work.

Once you have done the factory reset, you will need to reload in all updates etc thats what takes the time.

But it fixed the issue for me:)

Sounds very much a glitch to me. Have you tried to restart your Versa?

Yep tried a restart, short of restoring to factory settings not sure what else I can do!  Fitbitsupport do you have any answers?

I am having the same issue. My Heart Rate Tile moved above the Battery/Date Line. Also not sure how this happened, I think it did it while I was swimming.

I am unable to move the Heart Rate back down below the battery line. I can move other tiles normally. I talked to support and tried: Restarting, turning heart rate off/on, and setting up the device as a replacement. This did not resolve the issue and it seems like now my Heart Rate tracker is not working consistently.

Any solutions to this issue?

Interesting, the only tiles I can move are the Steps and Heart Tiles, these can be swapped around, but not the main information tile which is fixed above the date/battery line.

I am hoping next time I get a Tip or an Inspiration message (which also now appear below the date/battery line) I can try and resolve the issue.

In the meantime anyone from Fitbit or one of your moderators want to make a suggestion

Hi @KylieNK I have now tried to move an 'inspiration' and this has not worked.

I am not sure whats gone wrong, but I am at a loss as to how to fix. Did you try a factory reset?

I have not tried the factory reset yet. I plan to try this evening when I am near the charger and wifi. I will post the results!

It's not right that we should have to lose our hard earned stats!! I will wait to see if a solution really happens. Not the worst that can happen. I'll keep it the way it is.
