Oxygen levels Versa 2

Versa 2 was providing the blood oxygen level info in the graph on my sleep score detail.  I downloaded a software update, and it is no longer providing that info in the graph.  The graph is still there, it is just blank.  How do I get the blood oxygen info to come back?

Nevermind.  Figured it out.  A hard reset of my Versa 2 didn't work, but a hard reset of the Versa and my phone did work.

I can no longer tap and hold button and get Alexa to open. I have to scroll through to Alexa to communicate with it. How do I reinstate it to come up when I tap the program button?

Hold the left button on Versa 2 for about 10 seconds.  Then I just restarted my phone and the blood oxygen graph was back.
