Hi,

I want to have Fitbit confirm my understanding the you are

1. collecting data about my oxygen saturation levels to inform your analysis of my sleep

2. Only going to allow me to access my own data if I pay you a premium rate.

Can you please confirm that these two things are true?

thanks,

@Walkingtowork2 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your inquiries.

1.- The device does have an SPO2 sensor which isn't active. This is being tested in a controlled environment.
2.- If you wish to have sleeping heart rate and restlessness you will need to have a Fitbit premium account. You can read more about this here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the response AlvaroFitbit.

Can you clarify for me what factors are used in the analysis that generates my sleep score? The factors which are visible to me - total time slept, proportion and total amounts of different sleep stages - do not seem to correlate with score. My options to learn more about this, to get access to advanced analytics is a paid service.

Do these advanced analytics reference data not currently available to me, ie new factors, or does the premium service simply offer more description about how the factors are weighted in analysis?

Thanks!
