Absolutely would NOT recommend this product.
I have had it less than a week and there are strings pulling out and because it is FAR too stretchy it has stretched out to the point where it is almost unwearable as all of the latch settings that allow me to wear it tight enough for accurate tracking have stretched beyond staying in place except the very last one. The band is much too skinny for the watch face and has gotten even skinnier from the stretch and it makes it look out of place, like I bought a band that doesn’t belong on a Versa.
For $40 this is extremely unacceptable. I also find that not being able to leave a review on individual products on the Fitbit website is suspicious and not in the best interest of the customer, rather the company.
The website advises there is a 45 day money-back guarantee so I will be attempting to use that. However, based on the feedback I have seen on customer support, I am skeptical that will turn out in my favor.
