@Yogfan @VoodooVenue Can you please describe you issue in more detail? If your issue is a missing sleeping heart rate graph, other users are experiencing the same thing and Fitbit is aware.
If it is more than that, please explain.

I am missing the Restorative Sleep portion of the Premium sleep add-on. It used to show a graph, now it sometimes only shows the percentages. The other two graphs are working well.

It is not showing detailed sleep stages.
i have a new Versa. The first night it worked perfectly. The next 3 nights no details or Stages.

@Yogfan Here is a link that might help you. What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages? About 2/3 of the way down the page, there is a section about not getting sleep stages. Your app will give you an explanation about your missing sleep stages.

I've had Premium Sleep since it introduced with no problems. The Restoration graph did not work again last night. The other two (Deep and REM and Time Asleep) were both fine.

Hi. Thank you for your post. I read all the help topics. The two other Premium Sleep graphs are filled in, only the Restoration graph is missing data. This issue has been ongoing for a few weeks.
