Paired my Versa with my Activefit
acclunt to track my exercise. now when i try to open anything ( sleep, weight log, exercise) it opens the activefit app? and i can’t see any of my info?

Thank you for sharing that after connecting your Fitbit Versa with your ActiveFit app, you're unable to see your Fitbit stats as the ActiveFit app opens when you tap on any tile. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention and recommend to restart the Fitbit app and the phone to see if this helps. I also recommend checking with Advanta Health Solutions to see if the issue is on their end.

I have the same problem! Any tile opens ActiveFit! I’m going to try restarting my phone.

Hi, we’re you able to solve this? I tried various things, but nothing worked until I uninstalled active fit completely. I was able to open the tiles on the Fitbit app. Then I reinstalled the ActiveFit and my data was still there (thank God) and the Fitbit is working properly now. Hope this helps!

I am having the same issue with my new Fitbit Dashboard opening the ActiveFit app any time I choose a tile - such as to join a challenge. All of my apps and my IOS phone are updated and I am using the Fitibit Charge3. Please help as I cannot join a challenge or review any Fitbit data. Thank you.
