I have a question about my versa 2. My versa 2 is currently in locked mode due to too many incorrect pin entry (I was actually in the shower and water drops touched the screen). Unfortunately, my phone is not able to connect my fitbit through bluetooth. I tried delete the device in fitbit app and re-pairing it, but it does not work. Is there anyway to force reseting the device and clear the lock?

Alright. I solved this issue by performing a factory reset on my versa 2 device, which is helped by support live chat. Therefore I don't have the problem anymore. Thanks!
