I had to get a replacement Versa watch because the old one wasn't syncing, etc. During discussions with Support, they suggested to go to Bluetooth on my iPad and click on "Forget this device" while they tried various solutions to get the Versa to function properly - none of which worked.
I set up the new Versa pairing it with my iPhone 8Plus and it is working just fine. When I try to sync with iPad, it does not find the Versa on Bluetooth. How can I get it back into my list of devices on the iPad? When you say "Forget this device" can you ever get it back?
I can sync with the phone and the data shows up on the app on iPad. I often only use the iPad to check current data and cannot get it to sync with the iPad. I want to be able to sync with EITHER iPhone or iPad - the way the old watch was working.

Try turning off bluetooth on one device when you want to sync with the other.

The Versa only needs to be set up once through one device.
On the second device, open the Fitbit app, log into your account, grant any permissions requested and the tracker should then sync.
Please not I never mention Bluetooth with the second device.
However you may need to turn the Bluetooth off on the first device.
