Ok so I'll say in advance I'm not the most tech minded being of mature years lol....having said that I bought a pair of SoundPeats True Wireless earbuds which I've managed to pair with my iPhone but can't seem to pair with my Fitbit Versa 2 I got for Xmas - any ideas? Also I've managed to transfer some music from my computer iTunes to the watch but most of it fails - again, any ideas what's going wrong?

Thanks for letting me know that you've been able to pair your headphones to your iPhone and that you've tried transferring music.
I would like you to make sure you're doing this procedure to connect your Bluetooth headphones to your Versa 2. Regarding transferring music to your watch, please make sure you're doing this procedure to transfer music. If you experience any issue, follow this troubleshooting: Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch?
