I was not. So I unpaired to my Fitbit and paired to my cell.

go to the Bluetooth menu in your fitbit hold the button on the back of your airpods and it will find them

when your fitbit is looking for a new divice, hold the button on the back of the airpods until it connects.

Thanks your way worked. I didn’t remove my AirPods from my iPhone though. I put AirPods back to its case, kept pressing the button at the back of case and they showed up on the watch.

This totally worked! I didn’t even know there was a button on the back of the AirPod case. Also, a tip for others: the case needed to be open on mine to pair, so I pushed the button while the case was open.

I was able to connect - but, I cannot adjust the volume using the Versa.  Anyone have a solution?

Connect it to your phone change the volume and then connect your watch

Yes,me too it finds my sorrows but when I try to connect it loads for so long to the point I just forget about it it's to **ahem**ing weird.

Every time i tried to connect it, it just keeps showing the loading screen on my watch for a long time.

Have you pressed search for a new device on your watch and then press the back button on your AirPods
