Pairing issue with Versa and Honor phone

I bought a new versa and paired it with my phone. However, after completion of all the steps the versa does not stay paired with my phone. I have went through all the steps 8 times but each time as soon as pairing is completed the device disappears. I have an honor phone.

To better assist you and further investigate why your Versa keeps disconnecting with your phone, can you please specify which Honor mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue? In the meantime I receive your answers, please troubleshoot the Fitbit app with the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
