I upgraded my Fitbit to a Versa because of the music feature. This is the one thing I haven't been able to do! When I try to pair my AirPods, the watch finds the device and says it is pairing, but it never finishes (I gave up after about 30 minutes). I also tried pairing the watch to Powerbeats. This time it can't even find the device. I have tried everyone's suggestions: disconnect devices from phone, go into another room, turn off Bluetooth on phone, restart and factory reset. What am I missing? Other than taking a hammer to the Versa, what more can I do? If I wanted a watch to just track my steps, I would have stayed with my Alta!

Hey @Jonibev, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Other users have experienced connectivity issues between their third-party headphones and the Versa as well, and trust me, our team is aware of this and already working towards a solution. On the other hand I want to thank you for trying the tips here in the Community. 😉
I will ask you to keep trying to connect them, and let me know if they work.
I'll be around!

Was sick last week so I didn’t use my versa. Went to go for a walk and it was no longer paired to my Powerbeats3. Went to Bluetooth etc finally recognize the device and said pairing. It just stays on pouring power beats. Never finishes. I have tried for 2 days. Very disappointed. Ive only had Thisbe for 2 months. Should have stayed with Samsung but’s people said Fitbit was soo much better. I think not!!! Waste of money. And yes I have tried all the troubleshooting options!!

Hello,
are there any news regarding this issue? I tried also to connect the Versa to Powerbeats Pro but doesNt work. Paring goes on and on and on and on.... and doesn't finish.

First go to settings, bluetooth, and remove the audio device. Try adding them again. If that doesn't work try resetting your earbuds. I think for the powerbeats you hold the power button and lower volume button at the same time. You will get the red light. Power them back on and see if they will pair. The only way I got them to work when these steps didn't fix the problem was to take the versa back to factory reset. Once I did this they paired almost immediately. You will have to reload your music though. I recently had to do this because it wouldn't pair with my phone. I wasn't getting any notifications etc, Took back to factory reset and it paired immediately. It sucks having to reload everything again but at least I don't have to throw away $200. I was on the verge of going back to Samsung. I still may depending on how often I have to this. I've had to do this 3x since August!

Thank you for assistance. There was an outstanding update for the "watch" part in the app on Android which you only see if you want to change the panels from the watch. It works now.
Unfortunately I'm not able to reset the ear buds. Neither like it's described in the manual nor with your description.

I just got my my Powerbeats Pro and was having the same issue. I solved it by first resetting my PowerBeats Pro by closing the case, opening the case, and then holding the small circular button down for 15 seconds (as in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208304). Then, I held that same button down until the LED light started flashing white (as described in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y1T8gySC4Kk&t=4s) Worked like a charm!
