I have been trying to sync my versa and my MotoG4. They have been working excellent the past weeks and then one day they would not sync. I tried all the prompts, including removing and re-downloading the app, resetting the watch; to no success. I like versa it has worked amazing but now it does not even get to be paired with my phone. What should I do? is there any program where I can return my versa and get the latest model for discounts like apple does?

Hi @JeanFish most of what you have tried, should not have worked, some even may have dug the hole deeper.
First question, is your tracker still connected to your Fitbit account? If so we have a sync issue, if not we have a setup issue.
