I have just bought the versa and its not pairing to my phone. I have checked that it is compatible. Any ideas

Unfortunately the pro 20 lite is NOT on the supported list ( http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315 ). The pro20 is but that is a differentphone to the lite model. The lite models have particular problems syncing with Fitbits, however it is not listed as one of the models that wont work, so there is some hope.
Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent certain devices, like Fitbit devices, from syncing, our products aren't compatible with the following phones:

I don't think you will be able to get this working. As mentioned before your phone does not work with fitbits.

Hi I was bought I P20 lite and have had trouble. Will the Bluetooth issues ever be fixed so I can sync my versa?

@Connie72 unfortunately it's impossible to say - fitbit rarely give us any clues about what changes are coming. All I can say though is that this has been an issue for a long time with Huawei "lite" phones and I get the impression that fitbit are unable to fix it without changes from huawei. All we can do is keep an eye on the supported device list at www.fitbit.com/devices
