I just got my versa 2band when i log onto my account online it is saying that my watch is not paired.  How do i pair to my online account? We have a program at work were it pulls the info from my watch but i can't do it because my watch isn't paired on my account.

Which account are you asking about @Gaba1992 your Fitbit account, orvyour program at work? 

Does the tracker sync to the Fitbit app on the k gimme?
