Pairing with Samsung S10+

Hi,

I am trying to pair the Versa 2 fitbit with my Samsung Galaxy S10+ (Which shows compatible in the list) and it won't pair. I have tried clearing cache, bluetooth connections, uninstalling, restarting, reinstalling etc and nothing has worked.

What do I do next please?

Hello @ShanMatehaere I'll assume your doing the Add Device routine and not trying to pair the Versa Lite through the phones Bluetooth. 

May I ask at what step the setup process fails and do you get any error messages?

I am at the point it tells me to make sure fitbit is on charger throughout
process then it fails there.

Just received my Versa 2 today and had the same frustrating problem, wouldn't pair with my Samsung phone no matter what I tried.  I had the Fitbit on a 'plug-in wall charger'.  Another post said that connecting the charging pad to a USB port on a computer with the watch in the pad was required.  I tried it and everything worked.  The Fitbit app on the phone actually initiates the pairing.  Maybe you have a different problem but this worked for me...
