I can't get my versa to download my Pandora stations...I've tried every troubleshooting option and stations still won't download...anyone else having the same problem..my phone is an android LG G5...

When I try to log into my pandora through the fitbit app it tells me that I need to upgrade which I'm already on premium. When I hit upgrade it says I'm on premium. So what next? Its acting like I have a free version

Open the fitbit app, tap on your profile, tap on the synced device that you want to open pandora on, tap the music option. It will display various media options, tap on pandora and sign in. It will then ask for a WiFi network to connect to.

Hello RobertoME, I already have a Pandora account (free not upgrade) but is not able to log in to Pandora from Fitbitt app on my phone. It says there is a problem with my Pandora account. It looks like I have to "Upgrade Now" meaning pay for the subcription to Pandora? Please help!
I just got the fitbit Versa 2 and already I want to throw it. I'm frustrated because I can't get it to work. 😞

The 3 stations it picks are not the ones I want and I can't find the the ones I play all the time. Some I've not played in years. Dumb tech.

I am having the same problem how do I get it to play some of the music downloads
I have Fitbit Versa 2 and everything is updated but I'm having problems using it and I do have Pandora Premium. I have installed it and uninstalled it. Unlinked and Re linked my account. Restarted my fitbit and my phone nothing is working. I have done this with my iPhone and Android phone. I have turned the wifi off on my phone andaand on to download over bluetooth nothing seems to work. I keep getting the message to sync it in the app
The message on the fitbit says go to Pandora settings in the fitbit mobile app. I even downloaded the app on my laptop and no results. Is the Fitbit Team working on fixing this issue.
