Hi there @Jkitty23, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response and I'm wondering which troubleshooting steps have you tried? How it goes so far, is the issue still persisting?

Once you have subscribed to Pandora, please return to the Pandora settings in the Fitbit app to choose stations to sync to the Fitbit device.

  1. Tap the account tab or your device image.
  2. Scroll down and tap Media > Pandora.
  3. Select auto-sync or choose some workout genre stations directly from the Fitbit app.

Keep in mind If you are a new Pandora user, make sure you have played or added at least one station to your Pandora account through the Pandora mobile app or pandora.com. Otherwise it won't load stations on your Fitbit smartwatch.

Just a heads up, I have relocated your post to our Versa board, so your topic align more with this forum.

See you around and keep me posted if you need additional help.

Hey so it seems the only way you can access pandora is if you subscribe to the ones you have to pay for. Is this correct?

Best Answer

Can you please have free pandora also. I don’t want to keep paying to use apps on my Versa I already spent $200 on.

Thank you for your response. I am in contact with Fitbit to find a solution.

I am having this same issue with my Versa.  I cannot get Pandora to download 3 chosen stations or my top stations.  I do use Pandora Plus regularly.

This is the latest info I have received from Fitbit..... Now, we'd like to
let you know that upon checking in our system we noticed that the Fitbit
Versa has a pending Firmware update available, and this may be the reason
why it's not transferring your Pandora's stations. With this in mind, we
suggest you follow the steps indicated in the article How do I update my
Fitbit device?

I have done the update but still having issues downloading Pandora
stations. I have an email back to Fitbit letting them know whats going on.
I will say Fitbit's team has been amazing! Hope this helps you!

My issue was a didn't set up my wifi for my watch on the fit bit app. I did everything connected my headphones, had a prescription with Pandora, etc but it wouldn't work all because I didn't set up the wifi yet.

This might not be your issue but this might be helpful to someone who goes on this forum later on.

I am having trouble with Pandora too. I upgraded because I thought that was the issue, but it's not syncing like it's saying it will with my three chosen channels...

Same here and I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S8 plus. To no avail nothing happens. What's up with this? Please fix.

Best Answer

Absolutely the truth. If one already have Pandora syncing should be easy and hassle free.

I already had it and it still won't sync.

No never fixed...turns out none of the devices I own are 100% compatible
with my Versa so some apps will malfunction and it turns out the only one
not working right is Pandora...

Sending it back waste of time and money! Going to get an Apple Watch which obviously I should have gotten the first time!

Connecting to the original WiFi I used to setup my Fitbit fixed this issue for me.
