Pandora, Tracker Not Found, and Restart Bluetooth...Help please?

I have had the Versa for a few months and in the beginning it was awesome. It would sync and then all of a sudden when I would go into the app it would say tracker not found when I try to sync it. It would give me a message asking to restart Bluetooth. I would restart my Bluetooth and still get the message of tracker not found. I would turn off my phone and Versa and then it would sync. it will stay synced for a few hours and then the next day the same message would appear. Now it has gotten to the point where my fitbit wont sync for days and I'm starting to get really frustrated. I love the Versa because of way it looks as well as the options it offers... and this is the 4th fitbit I have purchased. I am a loyal customer but these issues are ridiculous. I've come to the forums many times to see if this issue will be fixed anytime soon but it seems as if it is an ongoing issue. I have done all of the troubleshooting options you have offered. I also got it for the Pandora feature and my phone and fitbit will both be charging beside one another and it still cant see the tracker. It's frustrating because I purchased the Versa with specific goals in mind and I can't track them because my Versa seems to be lost in the cloud somewhere. I can't use most of the features on my Versa because for some reason it can't be found. I have a Samsung S9+ and all my software is up to date on my phone and tracker. What are my options at this point? Did I get a defective Versa or something? Please help me out...

Thanks for the troubleshooting you've already done, that will save a lot of time. Have you tried re-pairing the connection between the Versa and Bluetooth? Go into the Bluetooth settings and select "Versa". Then unpaid the Versa and it should show up in the list of discoverable devices. Select it, and you should be good to go. It may take a few tries, especially if the phone isn't supported by Fitbit  (another reason why you may be having trouble!).

Once the connection is restored, try to sync again and see if that helps.
