My Pandora recently stopped working and I exchanged my Versa for a new Versa and I’m still having issues with it. Pandora won’t download to my Versa even though on the Fitbit app it’s saying “preparing to download” I keep my Versa charge through all of this and still nothing.
I do have a Pandora plus account and my subscription is paid. I’m at my wits end with this and haven’t found any solution, I’ve contacted Fitbit and Pandora and still nothing. Did anyone have this problem as well and if so how did you resolve it? I’ll probably just go and get a refund if there’s no resolution to this problem.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues connecting your Pandora account to your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I listen to Pandora stations on my Fitbit watch? and follow the instructions provide there.
