This is a common issue that has not been resolved in any forums I could find from a Google search. Pandora doesn't work on the Versa 2 AT ALL. I even returned one and got a new watch to hopefully rectify the situation after spending DAYS trying to fix it myself with constant uninstalls, reinstalls, factory resets, on and on. I finally went into the chat for help and spent an hour with someone who tried to make it sound like I had no idea what I was doing and made me redo all of it. I gave up because it was too frustrating - tried again the next day with someone else in the chat, and they ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to provide any kind of assistance and told me to be patient. Even calling into the phone number didn't resolve anything, no matter how the reps told me that they were escalating the problem and "would have an answer right away." This is an issue that I read about going back to 2019 - and they still can't fix it.
WHAT IS THE DEAL HERE????? One of you employees has to have an answer one way or the other - is this remotely fixable or is this a low quality product now that it's been out for so long???
