Pandora free trial doesn´t work

I just purchased a Versa with 3 month Pandora trial. Try as I might, I cannot get it to work. And I can't get any music transferred to my Versa. When I go to music, it tells me to use my fitbit desktop app to transfer to my Versa. Then when I tap transfer music, it tells me to use my computer to transfer music. But I can find no way to do that. This is very user unfriendly. This should not be like solving a multi level puzzle to get music transferred.

Hi @peacelamb - Here are the instructions to set up Pandora on your Versa. But in order to do this, you need a paid subscription. The free trial does not allow permission to download music.

I cannot get my free trial to work. I'm not asking about getting a paid subscription. A 3 month free trial is pretty useless if you can't access it.

I realize you were not asking about a paid subscription. I was just trying to explain that the free trial does not allow you to download music to any device, including a Fitbit. The purpose of the trial is to allow you to stream music from your phone or tablet so you can listen and see if you like it ... create a couple play lists ... learn to rate the songs and fine tune play lists. But according to Pandora’s rules (and I actually believe these are Federal copyright rules), if you want to download music, you must have a paid subscription.

My free trial came with my Fitbit. So I still say, what good is a free trial if you can't use it? What you're saying may be true, but it's a shifty way to sell Fitbits. I'm sure anyone would think the trial would be compatible with the Fitbit if it's a promo to sell Fitbits. I'm not being snarky to you. It just burns me when these tactics are used to sell stuff.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @peacelamb. Thank you for visiting the forums and for your feedback regarding Pandora's free trial.

Since @SunsetRunner mentioned, they could be some restrictions regarding this free trial. I would recommend getting in touch with Pandora in order to get more information about this feature.

Thank you for your help @SunsetRunner.
