Pandora is not connecting to Versa

I've searched through all the help topics and it still won't sync. I have the paid subscription, and verified that in Pandora (shows I have Pandora Premium), I've restarted my watch, made sure Fitbit was updated, restarted my phone, synced to WiFi/Bluetooth ... still nothing. Please help!

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues using Pandora on your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the How do I listen to Pandora stations on my Fitbit watch? help article. There you will be able to see some topics about this app and how to troubleshoot it.

I have tried all the normal troubleshooting advice from the Fitbit article and it hasn’t worked.  I tried using my pc, iPad, and droid to download.  I reset my Versa, removed my Pandora account from each device and reloaded.  I have a paid subscription so that’s not the problem.  Is there anywhere I can call or go to get some help? I really like this product so far but it is important I am able to hear Pandora over it.  Please advise.

(p.s. - please don’t give me the link to “how to download and listen to Pandora on my Fitbit watch”; been there done that and no solution.

I just started having this problem recently also after months of it being set up on my Versa. It just one day stopped in the middle of downloading pandora on my watch and never came back. Did they ever reach out to you to help resolve the issue?

It's been 2 hrs attempting, and it's at 20%.  Crossing fingers.  I never set it up before because all of the known issues, so hopefully it will continue to download...

I have premium and just updated my versa firmware and Pandora versa today and it doesn't even show login info settings on the app via the Fitbit app. I'm a techie and all my stuff is up to date and I've restarted everything connected via Bluetooth and wifi, reinstalled, checked settings you name it. Something is up with the app
