I have been trying to download my Pandora stations onto my Fitbit Versa. I have my Fitbit charging and connected to WiFi. I go to my Fitbit app on my phone, and try to start the sync. Nothing happens. I upgraded my Pandora, so that isn’t the issue.

I am having the same issue! So frustrating. I have been a Fitbit user for years. This makes me want to return my Versa. 😞

If you are having issues downloading your music, I recommend taking a look at the Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? article and follow the instructions provided there.

Pandora won’t download. I shouldn’t have to download my personal music for the pandora app to work on my Versa.

Have you found a fix. I am having the same issue and spent an hour on the phone doing everything I already tried. I’m calling back tonight to most likely factory reset myVersa. I had my Pandora music for 2 days then everything went kaput.
