My new Versa is great, except it will not download my Pandora. I have tried all of the solutions listed - it says it's preparing for download.. I have had sitting in the charger right next to my phone for 2 hours, still not downloaded. I checked my WiFi connection, un-paired and re-paired, still no luck. Any suggestions?
Also, are all Versa's not FitBit Pay enabled? I don't see where to set up my cards in the app, or have any app for the pay option.

I'm experiencing the same.....had mine downloading all night long and still nothing......???
