Has anyone found a resolution to the Pandora stations not downloading to the Versa? This thing is being returned tonight if I can't get it resolved after working on it for 3 days!

I've given up hope on the issues, cancelled my pandora and am resigned to have thrown over 200 out the window for what a glorified 50 tracker could do. Very disappointed, going forward I believe I can no longer honestly recommend Fitbit

I followed these directions as well. No luck. I upgraded my subscription to Pandora just so I could have it on my versa. PLEASE tell me what to do.

At least we know why fitbit will not let us rate apps. Pandora gets 0 stars. If it makes you feel any better (no, it should not), Pandora is a big fail on the Ionic too. Two big companies, one major fail. You would think they would have this figured out by now. They obviously do not care.

This is so stupid! Instead of FITBIT working on the issues the current fitbit's have like PANDORA NOT WORKING they are getting ready to release a new fitbit! So frustrating.

What makes it worse is when you call and tell them you had it working and one day it was just gone never to load again...they talk to you like you're an idiot, when you obviously did it right the first time.

I could NOT be more dissappointed in Fitbit. I bought this $230 watch for the NFC ANNNNND the ability to listen to Pandora. I have tried all of the above and it will NOT sync the stations. I'm beyond frustrated. Yet, I see no response from Fitbit. Any ideas on how to get them to respond to this and fix it????

They don't respond and if they do they give you basic directions to sync WHICH WE HAVE ALL TRIED it's not rocket science. They make you feel like an idiot. I have called and spent over an hour on the phone with them trying and nothing. I even returned the one I had and got a new one thinking maybe it was defective but I still have the same issue. The last time I talked to someone we tried everything after it all failed she said they are having problems syncing with Pandora, I have escalated your issue. That was in June. You would think the problem or upgrade would have been taken care of by now. I feel the same as you and all the others. I am so frustrated. I spent money on a watch not a tracker that would allow me to listen to Pandora during my runs.

What the actual eff is going on. I am having all the same issues have been going round and round with fit but no fix and basically told me I am SOL. I literally bought this stupid thing to play pandora on and it's not freaking working....like wth...so dissapointed!!!

I am having the exact same issues. I did the restarts and everything that was mentioned, and it is still it working. I just purchased Bluetooth headphones and paid for Pandora for this to not be working on my versa. This is the second issue I've had with the versa. Fitbit, please help me out here and tell me why I shouldn't take my business elsewhere

I have a Samsung S8. I discovered, after 3 or 4 tortuous days of trying to download music, that I needed to turn off my data saver. The Versa is painfully slow and I believe, together with the data manager, the wifi was timing out and disconnecting. Without the wifi, the versa won't download music.
