Pandora volume controls don't work-Versa 2

The volume controls for the Pandora app don't work on my Versa 2. I have downloaded some stations from Pandora and I see the controls but they don't do anything. Can anyone help?

I actually solved the problem of volume controls not working on my Versa device by buying new earbuds. I got the Tozo-T6 earbuds and I can control the volume from my Versa perfectly. Thanks for answering my question!
