Pandora won't download my music onto my Versa 2

I selected stations to download and forced the sync several times but nothing is downloaded to my versa 2

As a first approach, I'd like to confirm if you've played or added at least 1 station to your Pandora account through the Pandora app or on pandora.com?

Yes, I've been using Pandora for some time now. I've tried it selecting
both Workout playlists and my recent stations.
The fitbit app is set to not go to sleep, I thought that might be the
explanation. I left it charging and my phone near by for an hour and
nothing happened.
My fitbit is still displaying "No Stations, go to pandora settings ..."

Any suggestions?

I finally got it all connected. My fitbit may not have been connected to my wifi when I was trying to sync, but I'm not sure.

I sort of went to square zero and went through everything and got it connected. Now to try it my personal music, we'll see.
