Pandora won't download my music onto my Versa 2

I can not get my Pandora to download on my Versa. I signed up for premium to be able to listen to music but it will not put the 3 channels on my versa 2. Sounds like a major issue from all of the requests. Can I get help so I can get it figured out.

Hi there, @Pammoore. Welcome to the Community Forums.

As a first approach, I recommend checking if your Versa 2 is up-to-date. To check which version is installed, go to the Settings app About or Device Info. If you running a version lower than 72.1.19, your Versa 2 needs an update. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?

Once checking the above, I'd like to confirm if you've played or added at least 1 station to your Pandora account through the Pandora app or on pandora.com?

As @SunsetRunner suggested, please see this help article  Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? for troubleshooting steps.

Hope that helps.

Hello @Pammoore

Maybe this article can help: https://help.pandora.com/s/article/Pandora-on-Fitbit?language=en_US This article is very helpful as well: https://community.pandora.com/t5/Other-Devices/Fitbit-Connecting-your-Pandora-account/td-p/69196

It’s important to remember that you must have an active Pandora Plus or Pandora Premium subscription in order to utilize Pandora from your Fitbit, since offline listening is an exclusive feature for Pandora subscribers. Once you get Pandora downloaded look here on the Fitbit help page to help you navigate stations: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2260.htm

😃 I hope the article gets Pandora downloaded for you. Please let me know if this answered your question.
