I have tried every troubleshooting strategy that has been provided me. I dealt with this back in August with my versa. It was never resolved I just gave up. Just received the versa 3 hoping it was just a fluke but it will not download on here either. And again I’ve tried every troubleshooting thing provided.

I am having the same problem, fingers crossed this gets resolved. Offline listening without a phone was the main reason I purchased this watch!

Hi there @gaillynn1970 and @Vbeem101, thanks for getting back. I totally understand where your concern is coming from, as having Pandora up and running is one of the features that you are definitely looking to have on your Versa 3.
I still see that you @gaillynn1970 have an open case with our Support Team who is helping you with this concern. That being said, I'd suggest to wait until they reach out to you again, due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual what means it may take almost 7 business days to respond. I cannot create a new case for you as it will take longer, so I'd appreciate if you wait the next few days to receive a response from our team. Keep in mind that they will definitely continue working with you.
Hey there @Vbeem101, I was seeing that you contacted our Team for further assistance with this but it seems your chat got disconnected. Did the troubleshooting steps they provided during the chat helped you? If you still need help, feel free to contact them back so they can continue to help you.

It might be your phone. Log into Fitbit with another phone and try to log into Pandora.

I agree. I'm having the same problem and the information that has neen provided is not working. I believe there is a glitch in the software fir Pandora. I can install and listen to Spotify with no issues.
I do not have an account with Deezer. I've never heard of this music software.

Your answer posted almost two years ago and as you can see we are experiencing the same issue today. I can log into Pandora on my phone through their app, but when I try to log in using the Fitbit app it just goes round and round and never completes. How do we get this fixed?

People are posting on the Pandora site as well and supposedly they are working on it. 🙄

So, it appears to be an issue on Pandora's side of the software.

Not sure which side the error is on. People on Pandora are saying that they were previously able to connect but then they recently got a new device and it doesn't work.

Hello gaillynn and others,
It's working now. On the watch, log into Pandora in front or near your WiFi.
Next, plug yo your watch, also near your phone and WiFi.
Finally, in the watch settings, it will give you the option to use with exercise or 4of your favorite selections. Once you pick, the download begins.

Ok. Try removing Pandora.
Turn your phone off, can't a minute, turn back on.
Reinstall Pandora.
Make sure WiFi settings are on and you are connected to it in the Fitbit app.
Also, is your "Versa3 Controls" on in Bluetooth? If not, you will need to sync
Then go back into the Fitbit app and turn on Pandora(need to be near your WiFi - like in the same room)
Do you have the latest firmware?
Hope this works for you.
