Partial syncing issues

Yesterday, I know for sure that I completed 10,000 plus steps, walked for more than 10 minutes continuously, did 250+ steps in each of my nominated 9 hours and probably consumed about 2,000 calories.  My Versa agrees with the steps and active hours but is only showing about 900 calories for the day and no continuous minutes of exercise.  My phone appears to be syncing correctly but is showing no active hours at all and it would seem I had no sleep last night.  Have tried switching phone off and back on, uninstalling and re-installing app. Is there a general problem or something else I could try?

Hi @KMP20 Try restarting your Versa several times. Come back if you are still having problems.

I'm having a similar problem with my sleep hours and my days of exercise.  Did this work for you?

It solved most of the problems.  It still shows 0 out of 9 Active hours on the previous days' charts, but shows the data accurately on the day.  Everything else is working again for now.
