Period tracking disappeared from the Versa “Today” screen

I have been happy with my Versa! I’ve had it about a week. I had the female health tracking tile on the dashboard on the Fitbit app when I still had the Fitbit Flex 2 and have logged 1 period. I had the period tracking displaying on the “Today” screen. I updated the Fitbit app when prompted a few days ago and charged my Versa. Since then, the period tracking has disappeared from the “Today” screen. I have manually synced, turned my Versa on and off, restarted the Fitbit app, and logged out and back into the Fitbit app. It still isn’t there. I’d really like this feature to display on my watch again. Thanks!

Now it will intermittently show the area with the period symbol on the “Today” but no information. If the screen goes black, it disappears again!

Did you get any help with this as it has also disappeared from my “Today” screen and it’s not even showing as an option in the settings to put it back on my “Today” screen.

I did not get a response to fix this, but after I restarted my Fitbit a couple times it came back to the today screen. I don’t exactly when because I went to sleep but I had it back on the Today screen by the next morning. Hope this helps! I’d try to turn off and restart your Fitbit and check it tomorrow.

Hey Fitbit, can we get a fix for this please.  Looks as though this has been a problem for a while now
