I tried unpairing my watch from my phone, and reinstalling the app. According to my phone app, my watch needs firmware update. Since my phone doesn't install the firmware well, which I just updated two weeks ago and for some reason just came up now again that it needs to update, I used the PC to update. It had updated two weeks ago, so I thought, and worked up until today. PC app is syncing just fine and doesn't say anything about needing a firmware update, but my phone app does???

I would just ignore the phone.
