I have turned on and off bluetooth, restarted phone. My versa doesn't show up in available devices even though they are sitting next to each other. Obviously can't sync anything and watch face has stopped.

Same thing happened to me today. Just all of a sudden stopped. I tried to pair bluetooth and now my phone is not picking up the signal.
I wonder if this has something to do with the firmware update my phone KEEPS telling me about even though I updated several days ago.
Very frustrated right now.

Delete. Was able to pair again after shutting down fitbit.
And 3 hours later phone doesn't recognize fitbit. What are you guys doing over there. My device has worked just fine for 8 months and now all of a sudden it's starting to act up.
Why does the App still indicate that I have a firmware update available when I already updated my device successfully days ago?
This is ridiculous.

Did the update succeeded? Go to the settings of you Versa and press it, scroll down to Device Info and press that too. On top of the screen you will see the version you have, is it 32.33.1.30? If yes, try restarting your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. good luck!!
