Phone can’t find Versa

Hi

 

I have tried all of the trouble shooting steps I have found here and still my phone cannot find my versa. I have deleted it from my settings, turn it and the phone on and off, turned bluetooth off and on, deleted and reinstalled the app. Any other suggestions?
