I just got a new Fitbit Versa 2 and I’ve synced it with my phone and paired it through Bluetooth. However, I’m not getting any text notifications. Even stranger: when I try to connect my bank debit card through the Fitbit app, it’s asking me to verify my card through SMS, but the number listed is not mine. I have no idea how it got that phone number and I don’t know how to change it.
I’ve already factory reset the watch and setup a second time and I’m getting the same result. HELP.
